When he was actually saying what McCain meant to say, in that it was policy that led to both 9/11 and WW3. If it were true, that Paul's claim was that America was to blame for 9/11, then McCain's assertion that Americas policy before WW2 led to the rise of Nazism is also blaming America. Perhaps I wasn't as clear in that as I should have been in the article.
