Man Arrested For Wearing McCain/Palin Shirt At Rally

A man wearing a McCain/Palin shirt was arrested at a rally where people were reveling in the Presidential win of Barack Obama in Philadelphia.

Granted, some will say that the man refused to leave when “ordered” to by the police. But the problem with that argument is that an illegal demand from a police dept have no force in law and if/when the police carry things farther and arrest someone for an illegal order the victim, yes he is a victim here, have standing to sue and a moral obligation to fight to have these officers removed from the force.

If being arrested for being on a public street isn’t scary enough just watch the lunatic crowds jumping with joy that this is happening right in front of them. These people truly don’t believe in the 1st Amendment when it applies to opposing view points.
